Lürssen Werft, ist eine deutsche Schiffswerft mit Hauptsitz im Bremer Stadtteil Vegesack und weiteren Schiffbaueinrichtungen in Lemwerder, Berne, Schacht-Audorf und Fähr-Lobbendorf. Die Werft wurde am 27. Juni 1875 von Friedrich Lürßen gegründet und begann mit der Produktion von Arbeitsbooten für die Fischerei und Fährbetrieb. Seit den 1880er Jahren erweiterte sich das Sortiment auf Sportboote, wobei 1886 das erste Motorboot der Welt, die Rems, gebaut wurde. er Schwerpunkt verschob sich im 20. Jahrhundert zunehmend hin zum Motorbootsbau, wobei Lürssen zu einer führenden deutschen Motorbootwerft avancierte.
